Abstract

This scientific article examines human capital and its importance for sustainable economic development. The purpose of covering the topic was to use the Human Capital Index data. In the scientific community, a holistic vision of the forms and types of human capital has not yet been formed. There is an abundance of different approaches, methods and tools for influencing the object under study.
