Abstract

In this article, the issues related to the subjective side of the crimes related to the property interest of the civil servant have been disclosed in detail. In this, the main issues of the subjective side of the crime were emphasized, issues such as the intent, motive and purpose of the person guilty of crimes related to the property interest of the public servant were analyzed, as well as issues such as their impact on the qualification of the crime.
